The owner is awesome. You can tell a lot about a place by the employees… and they were happy and attentive. Alex (the owner) cares about his employees and customers. The communication was excellent. He took the time to explain all the steps he would use to diagnose the problem. When the car was done, I received a text message. The repair was complete and done in an excellent manner. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend AV Automative for your repair work.

I had an all around good experience with this place. A V Automotive charged me about $678 and some change (including military discount) to replace my thermostat housing and my water pump. Other places were quoting much much higher. Not only did they save me money, they also saved me time by getting my car taken care of within just a few hours. I didn't mind the wait since they have an amazing receptionist along with a little coffee bar. Pretty much if you are looking for great customer service and prices that are fair, this is your place

I have been taking my vehicles to AV Auto for almost 2 years now. Alex the owner is honest, transparent, and operates a quality repair shop. He communicates consistently through the time of service. He will repair things the correct way and make recommendations for other repairs he sees needing to be complete. I have complete faith in him and his shop and will not hesitate to continue to use him for work on my vehicles. When anyone asks me for a mechanic, I always give them Alex’s information.

Diagnosed an electrical problem quickly and fixed a defective part in the vehicle horn. Good communication all the way and they even searched for parts at a discount to save a few dollars. Thank you! I will be back!

ALEX and MARK attended to us promptly. They were very honest, courteous and professional! They took our truck (1995 Chevy S-10…not the easiest truck to work on) in the morning and we had it back before the end of the day. They explained everything it needed, what they would do, how much it would cost, what took priority, what could be overlooked, now, if we needed to save some money, and gave us their best outcome proposal, all ahead of the work. Needless to say, the work was on point, the price was right, their professionalism was OUTSTANDING, we were extremely pleased, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone for their auto engine needs! AV is my go to. Alex is honest, fairly priced and does great work. Great mechanics are hard to come by these days and this place has it in spades. I will only take my vehicles here, I mean seriously folks, credit where credit is due. Professional, outstanding workmanship, you can't go wrong. I highly highly recommend this place.
